Good evening. This is my second week of my own personal Ninety to One. I've been devoting more time to meditation and yoga and I have felt absolutely wonderful and more centered. I know I'm not that far in this journey, but something hit me today: I discovered that a few things that I've let pain me and cause suffering before are no longer there. My mind has not even gone back. I truly feel more in the present, even though I still have MUCH to learn about myself. Have you experienced this too?


Yes. I think that being in the present moment doesn’t erase the past or the pain, but it does loosen the stranglehold it has over our emotions and thought process. We can be aware of our suffering without having to replay it over and over in our minds and let it overflow into our relationships. I wish you well on the rest of your Ninety to One journey.
