I juice this one almost every morning. Great start to the day!

1/2 pineapple
1 red bell pepper
1/2 large grapefruit
2 med oranges
4 med carrots
1 mango
4 kale leaves
Slice of ginger root

Makes 32 oz for two. Great anti-inflammatory for pain relief plus tons of vitamin C and anti-oxidants.
